During my stay, I was disappointed with the hotel wifi, which was not secure and often required us to switch to our data plans. Despite the appealing features in the images online, the overall ambiance felt less welcoming than I anticipated, and I missed a sense of warmth that is usually present in luxury hotels.

The Executive Double Room was spacious, featuring top-quality toiletries and an excellent work desk setup that perfectly accommodated my business needs. The breakfast was remarkable, offering an extensive selection with freshly made dim sum and organic juices. The fitness center is very well equipped, allowing for a productive workout during my stay.

The decor in some areas feels dated and could use an update, especially in the public spaces. Still, the excellent service from staff like Hank and the convenience of the location, just a stroll from Wangfujing shopping and the Forbidden City, made up for the shortcomings. I appreciated the large fitness center, which added a nice touch to my mornings.

Super comfy stay

We had such a wonderful time! The staff was so welcoming, especially with the red wine when we checked in. Our suite was massive, and the bathtub was like a mini spa. Loved that they had loads of free water and fresh fruit waiting for us. The breakfast could use some work though, not as yummy as we hoped.

The hotel's luxurious lobby, adorned with rich decor and a retro feel, was captivating and made me feel at home. Accessibility was excellent, allowing me to explore nearby attractions effortlessly, which I truly appreciated as a senior traveler.
